About the author
Ann Fendler was diagnosed with ADHD at 38 — after years of being treated for depression. She worked as a consultant before burning out. Years of therapy and research later, she started writing down what she wished someone had told her earlier.
She is not a doctor or therapist. She says so in every book. What she writes comes from her own experience and from reading a lot of papers.
